The Administration and Human Resources Management Unit is responsible for the following duties:

Human Resources Management
Administers Human Resources Management functions such as recruitment, selection orientation, training, discipline, development of job descriptions and monitoring of performance through performance appraisals

Records Management
Develops and administers records management system and the upkeep and maintenance of Library.

Budgeting
Coordinates preparation of annual budget and controls spending.


Transportation and Communication
Provides communication equipment, procures vehicles and vessels. 

Oversee the maintenance of vehicles and vessels developing and implementing policies for use of vehicles, vessels and communication equipment.

Procurement
Oversees the purchasing of equipment and supplies to ensure that there is adequate supplies and equipment for use daily.


Infrastructure Development and Maintenance
Ensure that office accommodation is adequate, safe, comfortable and healthy.

Reporting  
Prepares annual Department Reports.
