The Community has donated generously to assist the relentless effort of the Conservation and Fisheries Department, as we continue to educate the community of the British Virgin Islands.  Our goal is to consistently make the people of the British Virgin Islands aware of their natural resources and to ensure the sustainability of its prestige resources.  We depend on our environment for survival and our environment depends on us for sustainability.  With this on-going process, it is most imperative that the entire population of the British Virgin Islands become aware of the fragility of our environment.

The Conservation and Fisheries Department has developed valuable relationships with several local businesses within our growing community.  Annually they have renewed their friendship and have since demonstrated their passion for the environment’s sustainability.
